How To Produce Metronidazole Medicine (fragyl)

⚠️ Before we dive into the production process please make sure you have a pharmacist certificate and you ensure you are qualified for doing the production to avoid taking human life, this might end you up in life sentence.

METRONIDAZOLE MEDICINE PRODUCTION PROCESS STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1) Ensure that the environment for the production is neat and the machines for this production are watched and linxed. Also before claiming that the machines are clean ensure that theirs a lab personnel assisting the production to avoid bacteria and deadly substances contaminating the Metronidazole medicine.

2)get the required raw material for the production ready before starting the production and also ensure that where you are keeping the raw material is clean and also have AC that will increase the cooling temperature and also make sure that the raw materials are not expired.

3)before starting the production make sure that all the people involved in the production, including the pharmacist are putting on the necessary kits for the production like

– Lab coat

– lab shoes

– nose mask

– gloves

And other necessary kits, this kits are not only for the purpose of ensuring that the medicine is not contaminated but also to ensure that the people involved in the production are not harmed by raw chemicals (raw material), and those doing the production should avoid taking raw materials whether it’s eatable or not.

4) Ensure that electricity is constant and ready during the production in order to avoid medicine developing unnecessary issues during production.

REQUIRED RAW MATERIALS FOR METRONIDAZOLE PRODUCTION

1)Metronidazole raw material

2)Dextrose Monohydrate

3)Starch

4)sodium propyl

5)Gelatin

6)Talc

7)T-yellow

Before the production process start, a quick reminder ensure everyone involved in the production are putting on production kits to avoid danger and ⚠️ remove hand from moving machine, and also ensure that everyone doing the production watched their hands with ethanol before putting on their gloves.

MACHINES FOR THE PRODUCTION start’s with

1)large electric kettle

2)weighing machine

3)rapid mixer granulator

4)breakflu dryer

5)rapid grinding machine

6)blending machine

7)compressing machines

The Metronidazole medicine will go through all this machine in order to ensure successful production.

MIXING PROCESS

before starting mix use the large electric kettle to boil water and ensure that the water is a treated water which came from the dispense area of the production area

Then bring out all the above mention raw material.

-weigh 80kg of Metronidazole (raw material) and pour it inside the rapid mixer granulator.

-weigh and pour 20kg of Dextrose Monohydrate inside the rapid mixer granulator.

-weigh and pour 32kg of starch inside the rapid mixer granulator.

-weigh and pour 500g of sodium propyl inside the rapid mixer granulator.

-weigh and pour 2.2kg of T-yellow inside the rapid mixer granulator.

Then dry mix it for 50mins by turning on the rapid mixer granulator on, while your rapid mixer granulator is set for 50mins you should prepare paste for the wet Mixing by weighing this raw materials one by one then use then to prepare the paste.

-Firstly measure and pour 4kg of starch and keep it on a separate bowl

-measure and pour 1kg of Gelatin, then keep it on a different bowl

-after ensuring that the hot water on the kettle have boiled then you get ready. The preparation of Metronidazole medicine paste is actually the way pap is being prepared, if you are confused then you can simply watch video of how to prepare pap.

– so pour 1.9 litres of ordinary treated water from dispense inside a big bowl, then pour in the 4kg of starch inside it then turn it till all the starch dissolves turning milky in colour.

-then pour in the hot water slowly and steady, as you are pouring in the hot water and turning, also pour in the 1kg of gelatin slowly and steady till it finishes

– as you are pouring in the hot water you will notice that the starch is getting ticker, once it gets small ticker stop pouring in the hot water simply continue turning it.

– after preparing the paste ensure that the gelatin inside the starch paste all dissolved and also mind the amount of water you add during Metronidazole medicine paste to avoid the Metronidazole medicine from becoming so liquid which might spoil the Metronidazole medicine because it will be difficult to dry.

After dry mixing for 50 mins (granulating)

-pour the starch paste inside the rapid mixer granulator, please ensure that the gelatin in the paste have all dissolved.

-Then start wet mixing by putting off and putting on the rapid mixer granulator or you put it on slow mode, while turning you should constantly check it till the rapid mixer granulator read 2.0 (wet limit)

After wet mixing (granulating) it for any required amount of time it might take, get the breakflu dryer ready then bring out the breakflu dryer mesh, move it to the rapid mixer granulator discharge area and ensure that the rapid mixer granulator discharge area is inside the mesh to avoid discharging medicine on the ground, and before moving the mesh to discharge area make sure that the under of the mesh is fixed well by a mechanical engineer or a professional handling the breakflu machine. After moving the mesh to the discharge area, discharge the Metronidazole medicine wet granules slowly by turning on and off of the rapid mixer granulator or by reducing the speed of the rapid mixer granulator, after successfully discharging the the Metronidazole medicine inside the breakflu dryer mesh then move it to the breakflu dryer.

DRYING PROCEESS OF METRONIDAZOLE MEDICINE

Drying Metronidazole medicine takes few hours because there’s water in it during the mixing.

– push the breakflu dryer mesh inside the breakflu dryer where it belongs.

– dry for 30mins interval for 5 times , and for each interval turn the Metronidazole medicine inside the mesh then put it back in the breakflu dryer for another interval, repeat process till 5 times of each being 45 minutes this it is to reduce hardness of the coated Metronidazole Medicine during grinding process.

– after drying move the mesh to rapid grinding machine.

GRINDING PROCESS

this requires no much process, all you to do is set up the grinding machine, and make sure there’s a container where the grinded Metronidazole medicine will be entering and also ensure that the container or the machine is not wet on anyway

– grind the Metronidazole medicine and after grinding cover it and move it to the blending machine.

BLENDING PROCESS

start by measuring and pouring the required amount of the grinded Metronidazole medicine inside the blending machine then add the required raw material according to the formula provided by the pharmacist.

-then blend for 40mins then discharge on a clean container and move it to the compressing machine

COMPRESSING PROCESS

this process require a professional or an engineer to set up the required mole size/shape of the Metronidazole medicine, after compressing
